We believe the way towards wholeness and purpose is through a personal relationship with Christ. Our mission is to help you find healing through truth so that you may be free from emotional, mental, physical, or relational turmoil. As a client under our care, our dedication is to incorporating faith in our practice with boldness, sensitivity, and compassion. The purpose of bringing in faith into our sessions is to ultimately leave you feeling encouraged.

How we use Christian Counseling
We believe psychology can point to God. Christian counseilng and psychology therefore are not exclusive. In our practice, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy teaches people to "take their thoughts captive" and not believe every thought. Mindfulness interventions can teach us to "Be still and know he is God." All other methods Michael uses in therapy can direct people towards Christ.
Whether you are experiencing, anxiety, depression, trauma, or burnout, the goal is to use expertise to point others back to the source of wholeness and peace.
